Student Accommodation, Has gone super Luxurious !!

Student Accommodation has certainly changed over the years. Gone are the grotty, damp, shared rooms in some falling down terrace, with dodgy landlords and dubious deposit schemes. Enter the high-spec purpose-built luxurious new build. Which can resemble a modern gym or Hotel spa, maned with a 24-hour concierge.

The forecast for 2020, is set to see at least 25,000 new bed spaces delivered across the UK,

Students today want the same things they’ve always wanted from their accommodation, a high-quality, safe space to live, where they can study and socialize and make the most of their university experience.

I have been kept busy providing property and interior photography, for some fabulous providers. Study Inn stunning en-suite student studios and shared apartments, Allied refurbishing old stock.

The result is more like a boutique hotel, rooms could be straight out of an interior design magazine, with uber-cool decoration,

They can come as a standard  32” flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom,  kitchenette with microwave, 4-ring hob and fridge. Communal areas include a private gym, cinema, games lounge, study zone, and a private lounge. Most are located within a 10 mins or less, walk to the campus, but it all comes at a price.
